Go Hard Like The Hood You're From

I've been hearing a lot about the recent increase of teenagers partying in foreclosed homes. With the major problems of the economy, teenagers have more houses with no owners to choose from. ABC.com recently put out an article that put it in prospective for me.

Those clever teens & their witty slogans...

While cops are catching some of these kids the issue they are having is finding a way to press charges. Tracking down the bank who owns the property has proved difficult for the police, until an owner is found there is no victim.

OK, these banks and police are going to need to do better. Preventative strategy here, you should be required to provide the local police department with ownership contact information. The banks should also be installing an alarm system, if they’re worried. Take the necessary steps so you're not losing money or possible buyers. Come on.

Katie & Wayne Must Be Kicking It

Katie Couric decided to address Joe Biden as "The White Guy" during introductions when President Barack Obama addressed congress last night for the first time. I must of just missed this because I certainly turned it on during the initial standing ovation.

This can only be a result of Lil Wayne's influence on Katie Couric during their interview for the Grammys.

Also, Joe Biden only owns one blue tie. Macy's and Bloomingdales have sales all the time on ties. It's ok to wear different colors now that the election is over.

I will begin to post with regularity (like birth control). I apologize.

It Keeps Getting Better

Katie Couric will be interviewing Lil' Wayne for an All Access Grammy Special taking place this Wednesday. Judging by her facial expressions of surprise and confusion, she has clearly never been to Wayne's World.

Watch CBS Videos Online

I have not been this excited about TV in quite sometime.

The Office is starting to come on strong,(highlight text for possible spoilers) Karen returning pregnant and the addition of Stringer Bell (hopefully he yells at someone for taking minutes at a meeting again)
& 24 being the best it has been in years, things are on the up and up.

I Don't Understand? They Can Score In Practice?

There has been a lot of "media hype" around this 100-0 girls high school basketball game. I for one think if these points are in fact true:

- The winning team stopped pressing after 3 minutes when they were up 25-0
- They played zone almost the entire game
- There were only four 3 pointers made
- Only 12 points were scored in the 4th Quarter
(1st Quarter - 35, 2nd Quarter - 24, 3rd Quarter - 29)

Then the issue that the team "ran up the score" is very inconclusive and the coach certainly does not deserve to fired nor should he have to apologize.

I have a few points:
1) Why did they come out guns blazing in the 3rd?
2) Did the losing team get any free throws attempts (you gotta make you free throws man)?
3) Lets be honest, 100 points is very high for a girls high school team, 65-0 ok, not 100.
4) The losing teams looks like they were making jumpers in practice. I really can not understand why in 40 minutes of play they could not make 1 bucket.

There won't be any particular structure to my blog for awhile, this is just something I found kind of amusing.
